We are a family company, and we have been manufacturing the DRI Sleeper® for more than 20 years.

Lyn looks after the production, the quality control and the orders. I look after the technical side, the product development and answer your questions.

From Lyn and me you get a total service, any communication from you comes right here, and we respond.

We commit to you that we will answer your questions and put anything right that needs to be put right. But please remember that while email communication is the best initial contact, if you do not get a response within 24 hours (and that's way over our usual time) then call, because as you know, just sometimes emails get lost in cyberspace.

Manufacturing Warranty

 
DRI Sleepers® will replace any product which fails due to manufacturing fault within 60 days of purchase (proof of purchase date must be provided).

Please note:

The Urosensor™ on the DRI Sleeper® Excel (plug-in model) is a consumable item, and it is expected that it will need replacing from time to time, just as the earphone on a portable radio will need replacing from time to time (and that's not even being urinated on). Remember that an earphone may last varying times depending on how carefully or otherwise it is used, especially when being used by a child, and so the life of the DRI Sleeper® Excel Urosensor™ will vary, and it cannot be predicted exactly how long it is expected to last.

For this reason our strong advice is to purchase a spare Urosensor™  when you buy your DRI Sleeper® Excel, so that there is no break in treatment while waiting for a replacement.

The Urosensor™ of the DRI Sleeper® Eclipse is itself an electronic device and is not a consumable item. With proper care its life is limited only by the life of the internal battery (one to two years). However, if lost or damaged, replacements can be purchased for $60.00.
The DRI Sleeper® Excel batteries last up to a year (and often longer) and the DRI Sleeper®  Eclipse batteries can last 1 to 2 years. However to maximize battery life both the DRI Sleepers® (and in the case of the DRI Sleeper® Eclipse, also the Urosensor™) need to be switched off when not in use (switch off and on explained in the instructions).

This is your warranty for maximizing success. When you buy direct from this website you have PERSONAL CUSTOMER CARE privileges for no extra cost.

This means that if you have a question or you are wondering about the progress your child is making, first look at the FAQ pages, and if you can't find the answer there then you have free access to me at anthony@DRI-Sleeper.com.

I will always answer your questions, and I will work with you using my 30 years of experience to ensure that as far as is possible that your child will have success with the DRI Sleeper®. However, as with any human condition, 100% success can never be guaranteed.
