As an “extremely valued partner”and proud sponsor of ERIC we are pleased to hear to that the Princess Royal, Princess Anne is visiting ERIC’s Bristol Office on Friday 4 March.
The visit will showcase ERIC’s work supporting children and teenagers with bowel and bladder difficulties and hopefully shine a regal spotlight on ERIC’s helpline and information services.
The Princess Royal will meet the dedicated ERIC team, trustees, supporters, and some of the parents and children who have been helped in recent years.
The ERIC team do a great job educating continence advisors, nurses, clinicians and parents about the issues many children face with toileting and night time wetting.
They also produce child-focused guides to night time wetting and bedwetting alarms which take the stigma out of the being a bedwetter and give easy-to-follow, practical advice on the problem and the solutions.
ERIC’s online shop stocks sells a great range of continence gear to help children manage their wee problems: swimwear, nightwear, underwear, water-proof bedding, a range of bedwetting alarms, and lots of interesting reading material.
Later this year DRI Sleeper will attend ERIC’s Paediatric Continence Care Conference in Birmingham which is showcasing new research and highlighting the impact of continence problems on the everyday lives of children and teenagers and discussing innovative approaches to managing them. DRI Sleeper will be showcasing its unique wireless bedwetting alarms as well as the traditional wired ones.
